I just bought a 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Limited and the car was in excellent condition. I went to get an independent inspection and they concurred. The service is awesome and they are super nice. Spoke to Alec on the phone for a 2019 Dodge RAM, told me on the phone, that the prices are fix and non negotiable on the phone. But when I go there, he could do something. I arrive there, we speak and he gets his sales director to tell me the price is even in person non negotiable. Besides, that I told hem, that my French is not so good and if they could speak slowlier, they continued to talk to me as fast as possible. Conclusion: if you don’t negotiate the price at all don’t make me drive 2,5 hours. Other than that they were ok. The answer they wrote is not true. Why should I drive 3 hours, if I wasn’t promised a better price. If I he would handle it like others, which say sorry, this is the price, I wouldn’t go. This is a trick to get you there.

I was going to purchase a 2022 Pacifica from St-Hyacinthe Chrysler Jeep Dodge Inc at the end of August beginning of September. I originally found the people I spoke with to be kind and helpful, however, this quickly changed. I spoke with a few salespeople during my experience I picked a vehicle, put a deposit down, and discussed pick-up arrangements. I got a message on the night of Monday August 29th asking if I could pick the vehicle up by the end of the month, when I verified if he meant the end of August (which was 1.5 days away) he said yes his boss wanted me to pick it up by month end. The next day said that the vehicle would not have all the extras we discussed because the trailer hitch was back-ordered. I was ok with this. When I was not able to pick it up on August 31st and asked if I could come that weekend instead they told me "perfect, no problem". So that weekend I drove to pick up the vehicle as arranged (4hr drive) with the signed contract that I told them I just had a few questions about and when I was an hour out I messaged to let them know. I got a response at first then when I said my location I stopped getting a response, so I messaged the supervisor whose number I was given to finalize the deal. During this conversation, I was told it would be impossible to pick up the vehicle and that it is not ready. I informed them that I had made arrangements and was told that it would be. I also inquired how the vehicle was ready two days ago when they wanted me to pick it up on less than two days' notice and now it is not. I ended up driving all the way there and not getting a vehicle. On Monday, September 6 I received a message from the salesperson apologizing saying they missed my message and asked if I would send the signed contract. I was not sending a contract for something that I'd never seen especially after the experience I just had. I told him that we decided that we were going to go with someone else and requested my deposit back ( as I was told I could get back at any time). I then received a message from the supervisor asking why I want it back etc. After requesting it again I was told that it was done. Weeks pass and I still did not receive it back so I inquired again. During this time I was told they needed my credit card number again so we called and gave it. More weeks pass and still nothing... We call and are told that they will check on the status and get a proof of refund email sent to us. This did not happen. It is now over a month and a half since I requested a refund and I still have yet to get it. I emailed the GM of St-Hyacinthe Chrysler Jeep Dodge Inc on October 13th and have not received a response. I have messaged Chrysler Canada and no response. For a vehicle that costs so much, I would expect better customer service. I really did enjoy the Pacifica and was excited to get it but after this experience with Chrysler, I am not sure we will ever purchase from them.
